EMIRATES RESEARCH CENTRE VIP ENTRANCE
Location: ABU DHABI
SCOPE: design & built of V.I.P shaded & air-conditioned entrance & shaded luxury car parking, including an innovative structural solution
VISION:
To make a unique design that combines luxury and simplicity.
We aimed to create a new concept for the entrance area by creating a shape that follows the curved lines running through the space providing a continuation with the building form, with high-end finishes.
it was a fast track project with more than one developed design concepts and the project took 6 weeks from design to construction.
BAIT AL OUD AL ARABI
Location: ABU DHABI
SCOPE:
A- THEATER
With maximized capacity and reflecting the historical development of Arabic music, with creating and pattern-simulating themes from Arabic/Islamic educational and musical history.
TOOLS: LMD have gone through a thorough study, deep understanding, and complete research.
B- SHOWROOM:
Innovating special stands to hang the music instruments simulating the harp instrument.
Using creativity to come up with unique ideas on how to make a museum-like showroom.
C-WORK SHOP:
SCOPE: creating innovative stands & shelves to demonstrate the instruments in an attractive way in line with the design’s
main theme.
D-CAFETERIA:
Modern, open space, and cool cafeteria.
POD ( people of determination) FLOWER SHOP
Location: ABU DHABI
Two design concepts were thought of:
The first one is a modern style design.
Colors: green from the logo to represent the green plants.
Pink: to add the effect of flowers.
Texture: more smooth to give a comfortable feeling, balanced with some rough elements like the groves on the side of the counter.
No symmetry to enhance modernity, fractions of Ideas used to BBC show the concept line.
The second design is a classic style design
Colors: green ( logo -counter top )
& beige-golden ) as it suites classic, in harmony & contrast with the green.
Texture: a combination of smooth & rough, glossy & matt finish.
Unity of the design achieved by sone indirect patterns scattered on the different elements ( ceiling, wall & floor ).
BUSSINESS CENTER
Location: ABU DHABI
DESIGN CONCEPT: to create a modern design with an innovative space utilization, cool colors and concept line running
throughout all the details of the design.
SKY DENTAL
Location: ABU DHABI
Design & fit out a high-end luxury clinic while obtaining all the authorities’ approvals.
